Joseph I. Marchese

I am the Managing Partner of Bursor & Fisher's New York City office. My practice is focused on consumer class actions and complex civil litigation. I have litigated and resolved numerous consumer class action cases involving data privacy claims. I also have significant experience handling claims of false or misleading advertising, mislabeling, data breaches, product defects, illegal overbilling, violations of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act, and violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

I am a member of the State Bars of New York and Michigan. I earned my J.D. from Boston University School of Law and my undergraduate degree from Bucknell University.
